We currently offer free shipping on all orders to any location worldwide.
Estimated Delivery Times
We shall endeavour to ensure that all our eyewear is available and dispatched between 1 and 2 days of your order. Please note, some colours and models have higher demand and may experience longer shipping times. When you have ordered several pairs, those in stock will be dispatched to you immediately and any item that is out of stock will be sent separately.
Payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, Visa Delta, Master card, Switch or Solo cards via Pay pal. Alternatively, you can pay bank transfer. Due to the nature of the clearing system, your credit card payment WILL be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur we would, of course, be happy to make a full refund as appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges
Goods that prove to be unsuitable may be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange, or notified of intention to return. They must be returned in the original condition and packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in this form to obtain returns details.
We are unable to accept returns on bespoke prescription orders and details provided are the customers responsibility to ensure accuracy. We cannot be held accountable for incorrect prescription submissions.
We reserve the right to not provide a prepaid returns label for accessories & spare parts. If incorrectly ordered, this is at our discretion if we feel a genuine mistake or misleading information has occurred to the customer so returns postage may need to be covered by the customer.
